Terms and conditions of offer:

1. The offer consists of 10 complimentary copies of the book Through a Lens Darkly by Terence Chan, offered on a first-come-first-served basis, free of postage charges. No liability is accepted for any additional costs that may arise as a result of your acceptance of this offer. In particular, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, or any additional charges levied by the courier company for special services, such as diversion to a different address from that originally specified by you.
2. The offer is valid until all 10 copies have been claimed (the 'offer period').
3. Only 1 copy may be claimed for each address.
4. Despatch of the book will be by airmail to addresses within the European Economic Area and Switzerland (or 2nd Class mail to addresses within the UK), and by surface mail to addresses in all other locations.
5. Terence Chan accepts no liability for any loss or damage during despatch. In case of failure to receive the book, a Proof of Posting/Despatch Note/Waybill shall constitute final and conclusive proof of despatch. No replacement or other compensation for lost or damaged books will be offered.
6. You warrant that the details you submit are complete and correct. Terence Chan accepts no liability for failure to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Data protection: The information you supply will be used solely in connection with this offer and for no other purposes. Such information will not be shared with any third parties. The only communications you will receive will be those in connection with this offer and you will not receive any communications for any other purposes. The information you supply will be deleted no later than 3 months after the end of the offer period.
